the short version
quitimer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. there are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and no servers receiving data from the app.
what stays on your device
everything you log — cigarettes, timestamps, your daily target, your pack price, your settings — is stored in a SQLite database on your device. it never leaves the device.
what we don't do
- we don't have a server. there is nowhere for your data to go.
- we don't use analytics, crash reporting, ad networks, or third-party SDKs.
- we don't ask for your email, phone number, or any account.
- we don't track you across apps or websites.
- we don't sell, share, or have anyone to share data with.
permissions
quitimer requests no permissions. it does not access your camera, photos, contacts, location, microphone, or notifications.
deleting your data
you control your data the same way you control any local file. open the app, go to settings → data → delete all data, and everything is permanently removed. uninstalling the app also removes all of it.
children
quitimer is rated 17+ and is not directed to children under 13. no data of any kind is collected from anyone, including children.
changes
if this policy ever changes, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect that. material changes will also be communicated in the app's "what's new" section on the next release.
